Rigidization™
The proprietary technology behind Pathfinder® – Dynamic Rigidization™ – enables the overtube to perform like no other. It transforms from flexible to rigid, and back again on-demand. This provides unprecedented looping endoscopy control and efficiency during GI procedures.
How Our Looping Endoscopy Works
Pathfinder® has separate microcomposite layers within its overtube walls. Dynamic Rigidization™ uses vacuum technology to activate these layers instantly to achieve rigid or flexible status. This can be done as needed throughout a procedure to manage looping.
